與一道冷鋒相關的東北季候風正影響華南沿岸地區。在下午八時，強颱風鸚鵡集結在沖繩島之東南偏南約1100公里，預料向北或西北偏北移動，時速約14公里，橫過菲律賓以東海域。本港地區今晚及明日天氣預測大致多雲，天氣乾燥。明早天氣顯著較涼，最低氣溫約21度。日間最高氣溫約24度。吹和緩至清勁偏北風，晚間離岸間中吹強風。展望:隨後兩三日部分時間有陽光。
