温嚮提示：12月1日會有二段集合時間，

（1）參加晨操活動者請於9.30AM在北港獅子會集合，步行1.5小時往西貢。

（2）11.00AM在西貢巴士站側探知館集合向陳太報到。 高爾夫球會會所內有沐浴間可免費開放予天馬行友🚿，有毛巾和風筒。
